These are no where near any regular bleacher seats at all. You are a good 25 feet in front of the bleacher section and 10 feet below the bleachers right at field level. I have sat in these seats numerous times in the past few years and this is the spot to get a homerun ball during the game and during batting practice. I have about 50 in my basement.   I recently caught Melky Cabrera's home run ball in the ninth inning of the June 27th game. If you can find a clip of this homerun I am the one in the pinstripe Yankee jersey that comes down with the ball. If you get here early for batting practice, I would say a good 5-10 sometimes even 20 balls land in this section.  Only 15-20 people sit in this exclusive area as opposed to thousands in the bleachers or regular stands.
