Description
Don't just watch it on TV. Be a part of it or even own it. NFL 2008 Feel the Power! Get all these great games: Chicago Bears (a repeat of Super Bowl XLI) Sunday September 7, 2008 8:15pm Jacksonville Jaguars (our biggest rival in the South Division for the last 5 years) Sunday September 21, 2008 4:15pm Baltimore Ravens (second time in Indy since the move in '84) Sunday October 12, 2008 1:00pm New England Patriots (the best games in football for the last 8 years) Sunday November 2, 2008 8:15pm Cincinnati Bengals (can Tony stay unbeaten in the Regular Season against Marv) Sunday December 7,2008 1:00pm* Detroit Lions (what can I say its the Lions) Sunday December 14,2008 1:00pm* Tennessee Titans (last game of the year again does Vince get in this year) Sunday December 28, 2008 1:00pm* * All of these games are subject to NFL flex scheduling. Season Tickets are SOLD OUT!!! First off I am not a broker. These seats are in my name. I have been a Colts Season ticket holder since 1999. Up for bidding are these 2 seats in section 132 for the 7 above mentioned games (14 tickets in all). The only ones missing are the 2 preseason games and the Houston Texans game. The seats are only a couple seats away from an aisle and are in the back row off the main street level. You can be in and out when ever you choose. This would be convenient for tailgators that want to party as long as they can before kickoff. Any beer run that need to be made. Quick access to restrooms. When its all over and you want to go you will be out in a flash. I really hate giving up these seats. Especially this year being the Inaugural Season and all. However we are looking to buy a house and could use the money. So giving up the LIFETIME RIGHTS has now came into play. I own 4 seats so I will still own 2 if I sell these lifetime rights. However I have already sold my other 2 seats for this season earlier. These are the best of the 4. So that is why we decided to consider selling the Lifetime rights to these 2 seats. Houses cost a lot of money these days. This is the second time I have listed these tickets. The first occasion the winning bidder didn't pay. So now some other lucky fan gets a CHANCE OF A LIFETIME. Don't bid if your not serious about buying please. I want to make sure the winning bidder gets the Opener against the Bears. Pictures posted on this auction: The first and 8-12 are all pictures I took Sunday August 17, 2008 at the Season Ticket Holders Open House. These are taken form the seats that are in this auction. As you can tell these are some pretty awsome seats. I could go on all day about how cool it was and how upset I am not to be able to attend this season. However they should not go to waste. Pictures 2 and 3 are of a map of Lucas Oil Stadium and I have circled the location of these seats. So that you can get an better idea of where these seats are in relevance to the stadium and the location there of. Pictures 4, 5, & 6 I was asked in the last listing if I could prove these were my actually seats so this is a small way to prove it. So I took a photo of the Season ticket booklets, a scanned copy of my ID cards for these seats (I cropped out and possible counterfeiting information), and the relocation form I recieved once the Colts had determined where I was going to be located (again I cropped out anything that might be use to counterfeit these seats). I don't think I need to tell you about #7. All I can say is wow that memory will be with me the rest of my life. Why be on the waiting list when you could own these great seats. Playoff information and Lifetime Rights: If you choose you want these tickets for Life. Here is how it will work. If you use the Buy It Now. These games mentioned above are your for this season. In October the Colts allow us to put seats into other peoples names. Use the Buy It Now and I put them in your name. They will ship you the invoice for the Playoffs and you can purchase them straight from the Colts at their predetermined price. I will let you know they have you buy two games for each seat. The second one is in case they host the AFC Championship game. If they don't host the AFC Championship game the money you paid for those seat for that game will be credited to you next seasons tickets. If you choose not to purchase them you would have to write a letter asking that the money be refunded to you if you decide to not renew you tickets for the 2009 season. Then in February they will send out the invoices for the 2009 season. The only change came this year making it all due March 1st. It use to be half of balance on March 1 and half by May 1. Don't know why they changed it. Maybe it was a one time thing being it was going to be for a new Stadium. Could be because their are about 15,000 people waiting on a chance to get tickets. I don't know. If you choose not to use the Buy It Now you can still make me an offer for the Lifetime rights. If your the winning bidder and I choose not to accept anyones offers for the Lifetime rights you will have first rights at purchasing these tickets for the 2008 Playoffs. We would have to discuss the details. I have no Idea what I will be wanting for the Playoffs. That will come when I get to see what the Colts are wanting me to pay, our record, and seeding. Sum this up in a nut shell: BUY IT NOW= THIS YEARS ABOVE MENTIONED TICKETS AND THE SEATS ARE YOURS AS LONG AS YOU DECIDE TO KEEP THEM. WINNING BIDDER: THESE SEATS ARE YOURS FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED GAMES. (IF NO OFFER IS ACCEPTED FOR THE LIFETIME RIGHT ONLY YOU WILL HAVE FIRST DIBBS ON PLAYOFFS) OFFERS: WILL BE TAKEN AND CONSIDERED FOR THE LIFETIME RIGHT UNTIL THE BUY IT NOW IS USED. (YOU CAN MAKE OFFERS FOR JUST THE FUTURE RIGHT AND NOT THIS SEASON IF YOU LIKE). IF YOU ARE THE LEAD BIDDER AND I DO CHOOSE TO END THE AUCTION FOR AN AGREED PRICE FOR THE LIFETIME RIGHT. I MAKE YOU THIS GREAT OFFER!!! YOU CHOOSE THE GAME YOU WANT NEXT SEASON (REGULAR SEASON)AND MY OTHER 2 SEATS FOR THAT GAME WILL BE YOURS. (THEY ARE LOCATED IN 329). SO DON'T FEEL LEFT OUT IF YOUR BIDDING ON THIS SEASON AND IT ENDS EARLY CAUSE SOMEONE MAKES ME A GOOD OFFER AND I ACCEPT IT. YOU WILL BE ATTENDING AN 2009 (REGULAR SEASON) GAME TO A SOLD OUT STADIUM FOR FREE. THAT IS IF YOU BIDED AND WAS IN THE LEAD AT THE TIME I ENDED IT. REMEMBER ALL 2009 (REGULAR SEASON) GAMES ARE POSSIBLE TO CHOOSE FROM NO MATTER WHO THEY PLAY OR WHEN. GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND GO COLTS Payments: Pay Pal ONLY Once the action is over Payment will be required within at least 7 day. If there is going to be a problem then at least contact me. We might be able to work something out. If you use the Buy It Now option you will not be sorry and you will have 2 awsome seats in a brand new state of the art stadium in the NFL. Not to mention to one of the hottest teams since '99. Talk about what you can expect. Farve is playing in NY this year. His 15th I belive. Marino played 16 neither of them had the consistent line that the Colts have had. Manning is going into his 11th and is playing better ever year. All of the weapons are in contracts till Manning is up and they will be intact. So this awsome offence is not going anywhere for the next several years. Keeping a team together like this in the free agency era is unheard of. The Colts are making history every day. Why not tell you kids or grandkids about you chances to see and be apart of one of the greatest teams ever assembled. There are no returns. Only bid if your sure you want them. REMEMBER: Please feel free to ask any questions. I will respond as soon as I can. I work nights and don't get off until after 1:00am. I have 100% positive feedback and am very honest. If for some reason it doesn't say 100% it due to the last non paying bidder for this auction. At the time I am listing I have 100% and have never had any unpaid items before so I don't know if they can effect my feedback or not. Shipping: I will be using Priorty Mail from the post office with signature requirement so that I know you received your tickets. If you want insurance I will have to ask to find out how much and you would have to pay for the insurance. If your doing the Buy It Now I can deliver them so that I can make sure I have your correct name and address. I don't have to deliver them only if you wanted me too. Reserve Price: I am asked each time I have ever had a reserve price on an aution. "What is the Reserve?" I don't like telling that. That seems to be the whole idea behind the reserve price compared to the starting bid. However because this is a relisting I am going to go ahead and let that information out. Since there is not that much time before the Opener. The fees to relist this again in now included in the reserve price. I am sorry about that but like I mentioned before we are trying to buy a home and didn't expect to have to pay twice for this auction. My reserve on the first listing was $2,500 and listing was $105. At the close I had to account for another $65. Now I am relisting with picture from the actual seats. Raising it to $107 for this time. I am only going to make the reserve for $2,600 and eat the loses. So don't loose out. That is not a bad price for tickets located in this area. Look up the completed listings for other season tickets for the Colts. Others have paid this much and are up in Section 500 and 600. These are only 23 rows from the field and are in Section 132 the best corner in Indy. Just ask them. They use to come out 105 in the dome. For some mysterious reason they decided to make 132 the section in which they come out of in this stadium. It could have been that we were the liveliest bunch. Could have been that Reggie and Mavin, the Linebacker, and Offensive Line was always interacting with us in this corner. I was in 132 in the dome and now I am in 132 in Lucas Oil Stadium. We didn't change they did has to be some indication of how important our corner became to the Colts. Oh and one last little bit of advice if you are the winner you may want to consider taking ear plugs. In the dome it would make your ears ring and bring water to you eyes. Just a thought. I loved it loud but you may not.
