Auction Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before bidding. This auction is open to U.S. registered eBay accounts only. Participants in this auction experience must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, 18 years old or over at time of placing their bid. All bidders must also have a Paypal account in order to be allowed to bid, though paying with Paypal is not a requirement. For bids over $15,000, a valid credit card registered in the name of the account owner must be on file at eBay. This is a security verification measure and the card will not be charged by the seller. Participants and any guest will have a felony background check conducted at seller's expense. Winning bidder and guest agree to provide Auction Cause with legal names, date of births, and social security numbers, along with a statement that they have never been convicted of a felony. Guests under the age of 18 may participate if they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest understand they will need to behave in a reasonable and appropriate manner at all time during the experience. Violations will invalidate the experience for all participants and the winner and guest will be asked to leave the premiere. Causes for termination include but are not limited to: profanity, harassment, not following instructions of assigned escort or security at premiere, intoxication, or other codes of conduct which are considered unreasonable. The seller reserves the right to reject any bids at its sole discretion and screen all bidders, including requesting additional documentation on the ability to make payment as well as request a deposit to be paid before being allowed to bid, regardless of eBay feedback history. Every bidder will need to make a deposit via Paypal or credit card before being allowed to place a bid. This is a security measure and not based upon eBay feedback history or status. The deposit of the winning bidder will be applied to the balance, with additional funds due within 3 days. All other deposits will be refunded by seller within 2 business days. Deposit on a credit card may take up to 7 days to reappear after Auction Cause initiates a refund. All sales are final, there are no refunds of the winning bid. A bid is a legally binding contract and you agree to be bound to make payment if your eBay ID is the highest bidder, even if a higher bid has been removed, resulting in you being the high bidder. They may also be required to sign a release prior to the event. Q: HOW LONG WILL THE MEET & GREET LAST? A: The amount of time winner and any guest will have with Miley Cyrus at the meet and greet is unknown and subject to factors beyond the seller's control. It is estimated the winner will have between 5 and 10 minutes. Q: CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND REQUEST AN AUTOGRAPH? A: Miley will pose for a photo with winner/guest and is open to signing up to 2 items in total brought by the winner and guest, subject to reasonable limitations. Q: WHEN IS THE PREMIERE? A: The premiere is scheduled for November 16, 2008. The exact date and time are subject to change, but the winner will be given an opportunity to attend the changed date/time should that occur. The seller will not reimburse any travel costs incurred due to this change of date. Q: ARE ANY TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS INCLUDED? A: Only car service between a Disneyland Resort Hotel and the premiere is included. The car service will be pre-arranged on winner’s behalf and must be used in conjunction with the red carpet experience. Transportation to and from Disneyland is not included. Airfare is not included.
