Description
You are bidding on a Corporate Table in The Captains Club The captains Club is an exclusive climate-controlled pavilion, completely furnished, featuring multiple television monitors, scrumptious breakfast and lunch buffets, snacks, desserts, and an open bar with premium liquors. A fortune 500 company purchased multiple tables for this event and we are relinquishing one (1) table. The successful bidder will receive ten (10) guest tickets (Wednesday - Sunday), plus one(1) administrator/staff ticket for the Corporate Table within The Captains Club. You will also receive eleven (11) grounds tickets for Tuesday to Vahalla Golf Club. Three (3) guest parking passes each day (Tuesday - Sunday) Location of lot to be announced. Ryder Cup Journals delivered to your table for the week. (10 each day, Wednesday - Sunday). Spectator Guides with important information for guest to know prior to arriving on site (To be delivered with the tickets prior to Ryder Cup Week). Pairing Sheets to be delivered to your table for the week (Friday - Sunday). This Captains Club table includes meals catered by Levy Restaurants who is recognized as a market leader in premium sports and entertainment dining. Elaborate breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks are served each day (Wednesday - Sunday) as are deluxe brand liquors, beer and wine. All food and drink are included with the Captians Club Table. For the successful bidder we also have a block of rooms reserved at a premium downtown Louisville hotel. These rooms are optional, and if interested, we will release a block. Payment for them will be between the successful bidder and the hotel. Payment for the Captains Club Table will be certified check or money order.
